Contacting us is very easy. Our Help Desk Team are here to help in many different ways. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response for your ticket.
Our Help Desk has a separate user registration process. Please register before creating a ticket, then you will be able to track the progress via the Help Desk. If you do not register, and do not enter a valid email address, you may not be able to access your ticket. Please only create a single account, multi-accounts for the same person will be blocked and deleted.
ScoutWired has many different departments, teams, team members and Coordinators, and our Help Desk is here for you to be able to contact them. Please make sure you select the appropriate department you are trying to get hold of, and/or include the specific person you are trying to contact in your initial ticket.
