Contacting us is very easy. Our Help Desk Team are here to help in many different ways. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response for your ticket.
Please Register here before creating a ticket, then you will be able to track the progress via the website. If you do not register, and do not enter a valid email address, you may not be able to access your ticket. Please only create a single account, multi-accounts for the same person will be blocked and deleted.
ScoutWired has many different departments, teams, team members and Coordinators, and our Help Desk is here for you to be able to contact them. Please make sure you select the appropriate department you are trying to get hold of, and/or include the specific person you are trying to contact in your intial ticket. Check back on your ticket regularly, as you cannot reply to tickets via email.
NOTICE: Representatives from any law enforcement agencies are required to attach a copy of identification, and a copy of any court order, subpoena, or warrant. Please direct any inquiries directly to our Council, and not via any other department.
